At Claremont Court Care Home we are committed to providing high quality, specialist dementia care and support that enables our residents to live well and have a better quality of life. We understand the challenges many families face when supporting a loved one with dementia.

Why not take a break and join us for a chance to relax and share your experiences with those in the same situation – It really can help to lighten the load.

Our specialist, expert care staff will be available to offer information and guidance that may help you through what can be a worrying and lonely time. Claremont’s manager, Karen Byres has a wealth of dementia experience having delivered dementia care initiatives in care homes for over 10 years.

She is also an accredited ‘Dementia Friends’ champion and all staff at Claremont Court are registered dementia friends – so you can be assured of expert help and support.
