ASHBROOK COURT PROUD TO SUPPORT ROLLOUT OF COVID VACCINE

With an air of anticipation and hope for the year ahead, the first of two doses was administered by our health partners from the local community to excited residents and team members in January.

Deputy Manager, Daniela Mitroi told us: “Everyone was so excited to receive their vaccine. This gives our residents, care team and families real hope for the future.”

Speaking of receiving her immunisation jab, our resident Betty said: “It feels great to have had my vaccine!”

Similarly reassured, Ashbrook Court’s Home Manager Jonathane Ribeiro told us: “I’m so proud of our team and residents protecting each other in this way. It’s an important step in making sure our home is as safe as it can possibly be.”

As we work with our health partners to roll out the second dose of the vaccine, we continue with the stringent upkeep of our enhanced safety measures that have been in place over the past year. This includes regular testing for team members and residents, high-quality PPE worn at all times by all members of our team, enhanced cleaning schedules, and regular reviews of our approach to ensure we remain at the forefront of the fight against Covid-19.
