ASHBROOK COURT DELIGHTED TO RECEIVE SECOND COVID VACCINE

We are proud to support the roll-out of the COVID-19 vaccination in our home, boosting our existing safety measures and bringing a much-welcomed light at the end of the tunnel.

Speaking of receiving her second immunisation jab, our resident Ruth says: “I was happy to have my second vaccine and it didn’t hurt a bit!  I’m looking forward to the future and spending time with my family.”

Team members Clare and Roxy added that: “We are both so happy to have had both vaccinations. We feel we can move forward now and make the best out of life, knowing we’ve played our part in keeping everyone safe.”

Similarly reassured, Ashbrook Court’s Home Manager Jonathane Ribeiro, told us: “To be able to offer our residents and team this life-saving vaccine has been simply wonderful. We know how important the vaccination is to boost Covid immunity and prevent hospitalisations. It’s an important step in making sure our home is as safe as it can possibly be.”

As lockdown restrictions start to ease, we will continue to work in line with national and local guidance regarding the stringent upkeep of our enhanced safety measures that have been in place over the past year. This includes regular testing for team members and residents, high-quality PPE worn at all times by all members of our team, enhanced cleaning schedules, and regular reviews of our approach to ensure we remain at the forefront of the fight against Covid-19.
